Refund policy
1- Order Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancelation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. The fee is based on the total order amount.
2- Verification for High-Value Orders: Orders which have a total of over $300 are for sure going to be verified to help put an end to fraudulent transactions. Also at times customers may be asked to supply more info or docs before we can process their order.
3- Refunds and Exchanges for Sale Items: Products which are purchased on sale or during a promotion are not eligible for returns.
4- Transit Order Changes: Once a shipment has gone out and is in transit it may not be cancelled, modified or directed. We encourage customers to go over all order details before they finalize their purchase.
5- Coupon Code Purchases: Orders that are placed with the use of coupon codes or promotional discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once the purchase is complete the discounts may not be issued again or restored.
6- Return Eligibility and Conditions: Items are to be returned within 30 days of your order shipment date which must be of unused products in their as new condition and with all original tags still on. As for jackets they may be returned only if they are in 100% like ordered condition and in resell able to fit state.
7- Custom Orders: Jackets of custom size or personalized modification are final sale.
8- Change of Mind: Refunds or exchanges will not be applied to purchases that are a result of a change of mind.
9- Size Confirmation: Returns are not accepted for incorrect size which the buyer has chosen. We confirm all measurements with the buyer post order.
10- Return Procedure: All return and exchange requests must go through Austin Hide customer support. Also see that which return address provided by our support team is what you should use for all authorized returns.
11- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are not refundable. Also buyers are to pay for all return shipping which usually between 50 based on what region they are in, we do not prorate that against the purchase price even if free shipping was offered at the time of the order.
